Cancellation Policy

Real Estate Photography Service Policy (Effective: January 1, 2025) 1. Booking Policy: Scheduling: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Property Readiness: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready to photograph at the time of the session. Travel Fees: Properties located more than 30 miles from our base Zip Code: 60402 may incur an additional travel fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $75. No-Show Policy: If no one is present at the property at the scheduled time and access is not provided within 15 minutes of the appointment, the session will be marked as a no-show, and a fee equal to 50% of the session cost will be charged. Weather-Related Rescheduling: We offer one complimentary reschedule in the event of severe weather (rain, snow, wind, etc.) that could affect outdoor or drone photography. 3. Waitlist Policy High-Demand Periods: During peak seasons, a waitlist may be activated once all time slots are filled. Priority for Rescheduled Clients: Clients rescheduling due to weather or other unforeseen issues will be given priority on the waitlist. Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone when an opening becomes available. The slot will be held for 1 hour after the notification is sent. 4. Turnaround Time Standard delivery of edited photos is within 48-72 business hours from the shoot date. Rush delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional $50 fee. 5. Rights & Usage All photos remain the intellectual property of Action Creative Media, but a limited license is granted for use in listing platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.), marketing, and promotional materials by the client. Images may not be resold or reused for future listings without written permission. Add-On Service Policies Details 1. Blue Sky Replacement - Included upon request for overcast or gray skies in exterior shots. - No additional property access required. - Up to 5 images edited for sky replacement per session. More available at $30image. - Turnaround: +24 hours on top of standard delivery. - No refunds for stylistic preferences
